We are not the official government website of the Corbett Tiger Reserve or the Uttarakhand Forest Department. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are hiring a third-party facilitator to manage your travel logistics.
2. Nature of Our Services
We act as an intermediary between the traveler and various service providers (The Forest Department, transport owners, and hotels). Our services include:
- Permit Facilitation: Assisting in the acquisition of official safari permits through authorized government portals.
- Logistics Coordination: Arranging registered vehicles (Jeeps/Canters) and mandatory forest guides.
- Accommodations: Facilitating stays in Forest Rest Houses or private resorts.
3.Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful booking, the client must:
- Provide Valid ID: Supply clear copies of Government-approved IDs (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.).
- Accuracy: Ensure all names and ages match the ID proofs exactly, as the Forest Department does not allow modifications once a permit is issued.
- Compliance: Abide by all rules, timings, and safety protocols established by the Jim Corbett National Park authorities.
4. Transparent Fee Structure
Our pricing is designed to be fully transparent. The total amount charged to the client consists of:
- Official Government Fees: Mandatory charges for permits and park entry.
- Service & Facilitation Fee: An itemized fee for our agency’s professional services, including booking management, document verification, and 24/7 on-ground support.
5. Availability & Refund Guarantee
Safari slots are managed by the Forest Department and are subject to real-time availability.
- The Guarantee: If we are unable to secure your requested permit due to lack of availability on the official portal, we provide a 100% full refund of the amount paid.
- Non-Transferability: Once issued by the government, safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable as per Forest Department regulations.
6. Wildlife Sightings
While we provide expert drivers and guides to maximize your experience, wildlife sightings (including tigers) are subject to nature and are not guaranteed.
